Is it hard to get a job as a wildlife manager or saving animals?

Is it hard to get a job even if you have an education to work with and help animals? I'm not talking a vet (I know vets care for animals) I am talking traveling to save animals, catching them, and then releasing them. More along the lines of what Jeff Corwin (on animal planet) does.|||it is generally not to competitive to become a wildlife manager... what is extremely competitive is to aim for becoming a wildlife biologist.
